I had a great experience bringing my daughter here. From the moment we arrived, the staff was kind, patient, and very welcoming. They took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure my daughter felt comfortable and cared for, which means everything to a parent. The provider was thorough, explained everything clearly, and treated us with genuine compassion. I truly appreciate how attentive and professional everyone was. I highly recommend this urgent care for anyone looking for quality care, especially for children.
Horrible, no one picks up the phone, so I came in person. I waited 15mins at the desk and the lady said its a 2hour wait and two people called out sick. What kind of medical facilities do we run in this country? Call an ambulance I guess...
Being from out of town, I was nervous to try a new urgent care based on prior bad experiences. But this was quite the opposite, and I had such a great experience from start to finish. I was able to preregister and skip the line, which was such a plus. The staff was very friendly and all around helpful, and the PA was extremely warm and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this location.
My visit here was absolutely amazing and I will refer all of my friends and family from the front desk to the end of my time here it was truly a blessing I was not expecting. Ms. Alekhya Yalamanchili made me very comfortable. She took her time and walked me through every step. She made sure that I was comfortable throughout every second of the process and I couldn’t have asked god for anyone better. I am very grateful for this place. If I could give 100 stars I would.
