EDITED after Owner Response: Carrie the owner was here with her staff the morning of the clean. When she and I went upstairs, I took my shoes off. She asked if she needed to remove hers but the staff were already upstairs with their shoes on so it was a moot point by that time. The explanation she is giving pertaining to price is fabricated after the fact. The estimate explicitly stated "We have allotted 4-6 hours for this clean" with an estimate price of $244-366". $244/4 (total of hours she stated) is $61 per hour (low end of estimate and low end of time allotted) $366/6 is also $61 per hour (high end of estimate and high end of time allotted). Bottom line is Carrie's cleaners did a shotty job and she tried to charge me for the full time when they were barely here for half. Thank goodness for modern technology! Customers beware!! Was very disappointed in my first clean from Carrie’s Cleaning service. After months of finding an appropriate time to schedule my first general clean, I finally had Carrie and her two staff at my home yesterday. My first impression were her cleaners wore shoes in my home on my upstairs carpets without shoe covers and aside from me taking my shoes off prior to showing them my upstairs. She and I went over several focus spots for my home, including my kitchen floors. Came home to sticky spots still visible. There were streaks on our bathroom mirrors. There was grime built up under my bathtub faucet. And some of the tile grout in our shower was missed. I was told multiple times they had a planned 4-6 hours for the clean and was provided the high end price of the estimate and the low end of that estimate for the type of clean and time allotted. The cleaners were there for 3 hours and 12 minutes and when I inquired with them about the price, it was claimed they were “there for the whole time and therefore the price would $360” which was the higher end of the estimate range. Thankfully I had camera footage to show the actual amount of time they were in my home and I only had to pay that. Bad business practices to make false representations of the time they were present and I’m certainly disappointed in the clean as I was hopeful for this to be our new cleaning a company.

Carrie‘s Cleaning Service has been keeping my House clean for 3 years now. Their customer service is as impeccable as their cleaning. Staff is friendly, professional, and consistent. I highly recommend their services. Great value for competitive price.

The lady from Carrie's Cleaning Service who came today was thorough, conscientious, pleasant, and truly aimed to please. She worked even harder than I expected. My daughter works long hours. I am older and have had recent surgery, so Carrie's Cleaning Service was a relief for both of us.

Carrie did an excellent job with the move out cleaning for our rental home. She was very thorough, carefully wiping the inside of drawers, making the appliances sparkle, dusting the hard to reach and often forgotten about places. She was friendly and flexible, and I would absolutely hire her again!
