Super weird experience, first time I’ve run into a snowflake working a pawn shop. They typically tend to hire folks with a bit of experience but in this economy good staff is hard to come by. Just be careful trying to negotiate with Brianna Tellez, not a stable person.
Sold me a broken Xbox and won’t take returns. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. SCAMMERS. EDIT: I knew this guy would respond. He’s lying about asking for a receipt. How about don’t sell people untested and broken electronics after telling them it was tested? Laughable and insulting. Don’t support such a petty person. Actual scammers. There are other reviews that say the same things, with the owner responding in the same defensive manner. DO NOT GIVE THEM CASH.

They get 2 stars for having cool stuff. They get -3 for selling electronics they don't test. I bought a PS3 controller from them and some buttons didn't work. They offered me store credit and acted as if they were doing a favor by offering store credit after selling me a broken controller. After opening it up there are burn marks on the circuit board, the least they could have done was do the same before selling. It took me 10 minutes. Never give these people cash. They are dishonest in their listings, and refused to accommodate their customers after selling them faulty untested electronics. Use a card at this stor, so in the event they try to sell you a broken item you can file dispute through your bank.
I’ve been coming here with my son for years. Recently we came in to purchase a few items and have been very pleased with all of our purchases. Over the years the store has grown and it’s one of the most well organized in the city. Most pawn shops in town are a mess and inventory in those places is always beat up and dirty. I like coming here because they keep the shop super clean, prices are fair, and they take great care of their inventory. When I come I have total confidence that whatever I buy will be in mint condition. Glad to see they survived COVID and are still going strong. 💪 I was surprised to learn it’s a father and daughter team that runs the shop. Well done Pops teaching that young lady how to run a business. Wish you guys continued success and look forward to coming back soon!
