From start to finish, my experience with Wayne Castle and Castle Electric has exceeded all of my expectations. I was having an ongoing issue with two new electrical outlets that were installed by another electrical company as part of a kitchen renovation. The other company had been back twice to troubleshoot the issue, once tightening the connections on the new outlets and the second time replacing the GFCI to them. The power continued to be intermittent to the two new outlets. When Wayne arrived, he not only checked those outlets but also pulled the outlets up-stream of those two which the other electric company had not done and found that the outlet that proceeded the new ones had a melting wire. He replaced that, and I asked him to please go ahead and replace all of the outlets along the kitchen counter, which is where the faulty one-was which he graciously did, and he found two more that would’ve been problematic down the road. I also had him install two dimmer switches while he was there. I also want to say that from the moment I called Castle the interaction was effective and courteous and that Wayne said he would show up between nine and 915, showing up on the nose at nine. That alone is worth a special mention. In addition to that, the price was very reasonable for all the work he performed. I definitely recommend Castle Electric and will most certainly use them for any electric needs that I have in the future. Update 1/23. I used Castle’s electric to retrofit can lights and install new dimmers. Again, I was impressed by Wayne’s punctuality, carefulness, value and professionalism.
For years we have had to raise and lower our boat with only an extension cord! Wayne came out and ran power to the boat dock and hooked up the boat lift motors and installed a gem remote. Now we can raise our lower our boat with a remote control! Wayne was friendly, professional, and got the job done!
Castles Electric installed some beautiful under cabinet lighting for us and fixed a few issues we had with outlets and entryway lighting. Wayne was great to work with- courteous, answered all of our concerns and left all the workspaces cleaner than he found them. Highly recommend them!
Castles Electrical is great. They were recommended by a friend, and they did not disappoint. I’ve now used them twice and will happily call them again. They have been reasonable, flexible, professional, and accommodating. I vetted two other contractors for my last two electrical jobs and I’m glad I landed with Castles. For anyone considering an EV charger install, they are knowledgeable and capable. They installed both Tesla Wall Connector and Emporia Pro w/ power management for me. Very pleased with both installations.
After speaking with multiple contractors, Castle’s Electrical stood out not only for their professionalism but also for offering the best price I could find. Initially, Tesla directed me to go through Qmerit, who then assigns an installer, but the quotes I received through that process were shockingly high. I decided to reach out to Castle’s Electrical directly, and I’m glad I did. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the Tesla PowerShare installation process and answered all my questions with confidence. The installation itself was smooth, clean, and very well executed. I was so satisfied with their work that I recommended them to a friend—who also ended up using their services and had a great experience. I’ll definitely be contacting Castle’s Electric again for any future electrical projects. Highly recommended!
