They were such a breath of fresh air . I used another company previously , who tried to upsell me on things I didn’t need. CPOD's Samuel Brand came out early this afternoon to figure out why our door wouldn't open- the spring was broken. It wasn't something he had on the truck, but he gave me a ballpark figure on cost and said he'd be back later with the correct parts. Around 4:30pm he returned with everything he needed and worked until after 6pm to make sure it was adjusted correctly and worked as it should. He was professional, friendly, and nice to talk with. In the future, I'll call CPOD and ask for Samuel to come out.
Awesome experience having Cedar Park Overhead Doors repair my garage door multiple times. Samuel did a great job quickly fixing springs. Months later he and the company stood behind their work to repair cables and other items that had failed and got my door working again. I appreciated them working with me and making me feel like a valued customer. I highly recommend them and will continue to use their services.
