Was trying to sell my Motorola phones but they don't like or take those. Even though they didn't take my phones the man was nice enough to delete or erase all my personal info. I was happy that he did that for me. He told me to try a eco atm instead that was active near him. I found one got my money from eco atm was happy. They take i phones by the way if your trying to sell your iPhone or tablets. I would definitely recommend to people if they trying to sell there phones or tablets for money.

I regret not writing this review sooner. I went there in October 2025. I asked if my phone port needed to be cleaned or replaced. I was told that a cleaning would be $40 and a changing would be $70. She also said it would help if I gave her my passcode. I asked her to clarify that for me so I could understand what she said and what the purpose of giving her my passcode would be. She said it’s optional, but it would help in the event of something going wrong with the phone. Something to do with them getting data by having the passcode. While explaining herself, she sounded pretty aggressive. She even said something around the lines of ‘if you come here later and say that your phone is broken, I don’t care.’ I don’t recall the exact things she said, but I know she said ‘I don’t care’ in those exact words. Needless to say, I was offended. I ended up leaving that place and going somewhere else. I went to Batteries Plus (which is a great place that I recommend. They helped me clean my phone). So, not only did this place not tell me exactly what my phone needed, not only did they give me absurd prices for potential solutions, but the female cashier was downright rude. I don’t recall her name, but I know she had an accent. And I think she had glasses. Overall, I got some sketchy vibes from Cellular Zone. I do not recommend going there. Go to Batteries Plus instead. Batteries Plus told me what I needed and gave it to me for much cheaper than Cellular Zone.
