I have to say, the Champagne Life package truly impressed me. While the Instacart order never even made it to my room, the gift from Champagne Life was delivered perfectly — right inside my hotel room waiting for me. I was so surprised! I wanted to sincerely thank Champagne Life for such a beautiful birthday basket for my dad. He and my mom were at the Flamingo celebrating his birthday and for other meaningful reasons. I called and set up a custom basket with their favorite snacks, and they felt so spoiled and happy with the exceptional presentation and goodies. Champagne Life delivery was quick and on time as planned. The basket got “lost” due to the Flamingo Hotel’s bungling, but Champagne Life went above and beyond by helping us track it down for delivery to their room. I bought a gift for my husband after his first marathon. Obviously not being local I wasn’t confident it would be same day, let alone the quality for the price I was about to pay. I was proud of him so went for it. The moment I place the order I got a call confirming all the details (amazing). They comforted me and promised they would make sure it made it. Then they texted me when it was delivered to the bell service. When my husband received it— the first thing he said was there were so many high dollar items in the basket. All were full sized. I was across the country trying to find some way to make this work.
