Jake was my first contact with Chauncey and Reynolds. He was my second opinion and they far and away blew the competition out of the water. He was very direct and honest. It was extremely refreshing to be able to have a good conversation about what was best for our house and it be affordable as well. Fast forward to the work performed and the technicians that came out were fantastic. Reece was very professional and the got done in a timely manner. I’d highly recommend them for any needs you might have for HVAC.
Eli, our technician, was very communicative and very kind. He was able to find this issue, and even when it became more complex of an issue, he called in assistance which I respect greatly. One thing to note, I did have to set my appointment through the after hours ai which at first was fine, but the system had some issues so when it came to the bill there were some problems. However they were solved quickly and efficiently by Eli and am very grateful for his professionalism.
Our unit was frozen over after the ice storm and I was very surprised that we got an appointment for the next day. Our tech Conner was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions. Chancey and Reynolds never fails us.
James Shuman was our technician this evening. It was 20 degrees outside and he had the best attitude and was very professional and helpful. He saved the day. Sunday night to boot. With the roads not being easy to drive on. Got my heat back up and running same day. I would give 10 stars if I could. Price was fair with it being an emergency weekend call. Will use this service again and recommend to others. Thanks again James!
Our technician Cody Wilson was amazing. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The pricing was fair and he wasn’t like a used car salesman. He didn’t rush and didn’t push any sale. He did offer detail about our hvac system and some other services so we understood how those might be connected and could avoid costly repairs later on. I’d recommend this company based solely on our experience with Cody.
