Really nice new and used bookstore with a restaurant attached. Reasonably priced used books and there’s a section of $4 books. Hardcovers and paperbacks alike. The store is clean and well organized and they have rewards so you can earn store credit to shop. I love this place to satisfy my book obsession without breaking the bank.

They have so many cool things at this store. If you are interested in Tarot or Oracle cards. They have a great selection. They have purses and Hippie or Gypsy style clothes. Most of the items appear to be new and everything appears to be good quality. I took lots of photos of things that I might want to go back and get.

I've been going to this Changing Hands Bookstore, and it's only gotten better. This place is more than a building that stores and sells books, it's a community space. The people who work here are genuinely kind, helpful, and interesting. I appreciate their recommendations and willingness to help. Changing Hands Bookstore also does a great job of showcasing local writers and Arizona stories. Every time I come here, I feel right at home. The books are reasonably priced, you can find great sales, and they also host events. We're so lucky to have them!

Absolutely fabulous. There is really something for everyone here. The mix of used and new books is current and drool-worthy. Lots of book and gift groupings throughout the store. Great kids area. Ample teen space. Lots of nooks for sitting and looking through your treasures. Found several books I was looking for, all used! Staff was so happy, welcoming, kind, and helpful. A big space thoughtfully arranged in vignettes and rooms. And the Wildflower next door is just icing on the cake!

✨🌵GREAT Local Business!📚🎁 This review is for the Tempe Changing Hands location. 😃If you like to read or know somebody who does, this is a wonderful place to shop for new and used books. Most books will be priced as list price/(MSRP)manufacturer's suggested retail price, but you can also find some discounted and used books. The store also hosts authors and workshops for kids and adults. The book sections are arranged and labeled with signs to help you find your favorite genres. They also have plenty of friendly employees that will help you locate items. 😊 The children's section has books, toys, puppets, and puzzles for sale. 📘🧸🧩🏁 💖It would be a great place for a first date or a girls' day out! You could browse for at least an hour. Besides books, they also offer unique local and regional AZ gifts.🌵 They also have a frequent shoppers card that you can get credit for, each time you spend at least $10. 🥐🥪☕There is a Wildflower Bread Company next door and a Trader Joe's in the same shopping center. Parking is free, but can get crowded depending on what day of the week and what time of day that you visit.🚘
