Mr. Richard did an amazing job here at my home. The water heater was very old and then he gave us a new one. Also placed a missing pipe the previous people should’ve done. Without Richard our water would still be flooding our garage. Thank you to Charlotte plumbing especially Mr. Richard. Very professional man and he’s so patient. He also taught me some good pointers to look for next time. :)
My plumber was Stephan and he was efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. He came in and was super polite, fixed all 3 of my toilets quickly. I am soooo happy with the work he has completed! He truly us a life saver!
The technician Josh was awesome! Had my leaking toilet valve repaired on the spot. he was also kind enough to look at an issue with a luke warm water issue I was having in my secondary shower and fixed that for me even though it was not on his work order (I’m a renter). If you are looking for a plumbing company that knows what they are doing and goes above and beyond for their customers, I highly recommend Josh and Charlotte Plumbing! (bonus points added for Josh being a Miami dolphins fan!)
Josh was the greatest technician ever! We had something gross going on in our backyard, and within a couple hours he hadit fixed, cleaned up, sanitized and everything! Not to mention how kind, funny, and respectful.he was. What a great guy! And also I'd like to.mention the lady who who works in their office, Tina i think...we made a phone call late last night, like around 10pm, and the lady who.answered was so sweet!!! And treated us like family in the kind way in which se spoke with us! And then they had the greatest dispatcher Christina this morning, when she was trying to call me and let me know they were coming.So everyone in the company is wonderful WHAT A GREAT COMPANY! Great customer service! Great employees! Get the job done quickly! God bless you all!
Richard was a great technician and was very professional and knowledgeable. He removed and reinstalled a heavy and large water heater in no time and everything was perfect the first time. Left the areas clean as well. Highly recommended Photos-before, during, after
