Chris was the mortgage broker for my clients, and it was truly smooth sailing from start to finish. He closed this one out extra fast — in about 6 days. Even with a few hiccups along the way, he made it happen. He was professional, communicative, and 110% on top of updates throughout the entire file. The Estar Team is professional, knowledgable, friendly and very helpful. They are always available. As first time home buyers, working with Chris and his team, was such a wonderful experience. Though the process can be stressful in and of itself, they walked us through the entire process step by step. They were super responsive via email and by phone WHENEVER we had questions. We never felt like we were bothering them, or like we were asking too many questions. They made us feel at ease throughout the entire process. Even once the entire process was finalized, they sent us an email checking in about making our first mortgage payment! We would recommend them to ANYONE looking for a mortgage company to make the process as easy as possible!
