Tried plain corroisant, different Danish pastries from this Bakery. Its stands out in taste, serving size of Danish Pastry is really good. Even plain corroisant will not disappoint you. Highly recommended if you want to try some quality Pastries
Absolutely beautiful pastries — crafted to perfection! 🥐🇫🇷 The lovely French ladies at the counter were so warm and helpful when recommending what to try. If you love custard, their custard pastry is an absolute MUST-BUY. And if you prefer something classic, their plain croissant is simply perfect 👌 I personally like the Almond custard croissant. 🥐 the Nutella or custard aren't sweet so don't worry. Even after keeping the croissants in the fridge overnight, they still tasted incredible. I even had a custard pastry after two nights in the fridge and it was still amazing! A big thank you to the chef and the whole team for creating such delicious pastries — they’re truly amazing, and I absolutely love them. Trust me — one bite and you’ll be coming back again. It's that good !
Perfectly flaky, not too sweet, just the right amount of icing sugar on top. The line to get into the store is worth the short wait, and there were still plenty of pastries at 10am. I was surprised with how many different varieties of pastries there were, both sweet and savoury, as well as how fancy the breads available were too.
Best french bakery in Brisbane with the best croissants. We’ve been there several times and even the bread is good. This time we tried a sorted selection of croissants, they were all delicious. There are other pastries, but we can’t help ourselves with those croissants. The inside is very soft but the outside crunchy, the fillings are not disappointing, the nutella one has also layers of chocolate in the outside and a very generous filling inside. Same with the baguettes we’ve bought sometimes, the crunchiness from the outside is only the great start as you get to the inside. Just help yourself with a coffee nearby or take them to enjoy at home. This time we stayed by the river in the kangaroo cliffs.
I stopped by Christian Jacques Bakery early in the morning around 7:30, and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. I tried the Nutella croissants, the almond custard croissant, and the raisin rolls — all of them were absolutely delicious. You can tell everything is freshly baked, and the warm, sweet aroma that fills the bakery makes it even more inviting. On top of the amazing pastries, the customer service was excellent. The staff were cheerful, chatting happily with each other and customers, which made the atmosphere so welcoming. It’s the perfect place to start the morning with a smile (and a croissant!). Highly recommend!
