The red light therapy was a great addition to my self care routine today. I have noticed the extra little touches they've added to the facility for e.g Ritual oil (first thing I noticed), the oracle cards , kids coloring station, and the lions mane drops. This definitely feels more like my vibe. Also the addition of the ice showers (yet to try) sounds amazing. Keep it up city cave.
I genuinely had one of the most beautiful experiences at City Cave. It was my first time floating and the team made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and informative, which really helped me relax and enjoy the experience fully. The float itself was amazing, such a calming, almost surreal feeling of deep rest and stillness. The 45-minute massage was just as wonderful. I asked for extra pressure and it was delivered perfectly. I walked out feeling lighter, more released, and deeply relaxed in both my body and mind. The whole space has such a peaceful, nurturing energy, and the care from the staff really stood out. I’ll definitely be back, this was one of those experiences you don’t forget.
Today I had a float session followed by a massage with Yogi and it was the best massage I’ve ever had so do yourself a favour and book a massage with him. Yogi was there to make sure you were comfortable and had the right pressure for you throughout the whole massage. Yogi was very kind and professional i walked feeling so much better, I will definitely be going back for regular massages can’t recommend enough!! Thanks Yogi
Loved the Floatage Experience at City Cave Kotara. First time floater, long time interested 🤣 & it did not disappoint! The massage was amazing! Im chilled & very happy. Love the vibe of the staff! They are all so lovely xxx
Never felt more relaxed than after the floating experience. During the float it didn’t seem like such a big deal, wasn’t used to the heat but had the cold shower and water available, then having the serene environment with the recovery room and sensitive staff, in the rush and stress of our society now, this will be a staple in my life now, another way to bring us back to inner peace. Amazing, Thankyou so much, what a gift.
