I really appreciated Josh’s patience with me as I was overcoming my driving anxiety. I asked a lot of questions but he answered them all very kindly and shared a lot of great tips. I am the type of person who needs a lot of detailed instruction and not just being told to drive on instinct, so learning with Josh was perfect as he walked me through how to handle the steering wheel when making turns, how to make perfect parks, etc. He also prepared me well for not just driving in general but also to pass the driving test by sharing what to look out for to not get points docked. I highly recommend!
I passed my driving test, and Josh is an experienced and highly knowledgeable instructor. Every suggestion he gave was exactly aligned with what was tested during the exam. This driving school was AMAZING!! My instructor(Josh) was so informative and helpful. I was really nervous about taking my test, and Josh gave me pointers about what specifically to look out for when taking the test. When I was practicing, he made sure not to overly criticize when explaining my skills in need of improvement. I took one class and the drive test and I passed FIRST TRY! I would absolutely recommend this driving school(and instructor) to anyone in need of a good driving school.
As a first-time driver, I was very nervous, but Josh was so patient and understanding. He takes the time to explain things clearly until I understand. His friendly attitude and encouragement have really helped me build my confidence behind the wheel. He never rushed me and always gave helpful tips to improve. I’ve learned a lot in a short time thanks to his guidance. A plus that he used to work as a DMV Examiner so he’s really an expert.
The lessons were great! Being a former DMV examiner, Josh was able to address a lot of the myths around what you get penalized for. I was impressed by his vast amount of knowledge and calm demeanour. He’s a good teacher. I asked a lot of questions to address any doubt and Josh patiently explained and/or reminded me. Furthermore, he was always on time to pick me up from the house. On the morning of the exam, he helped me warm up and ultimately pass my driving test first try with only 3 minor errors.
