Contacted city pest control and cleaning company after having a problem in my home. I choose Alex company after having a not so good experience with a previous company in the area. From start to finish Alex has been nothing but helpful and has taken numerous worried messages and phonecalls. Having a immune compromised individual in our household any sort of issues has caused extreme panic and has caused many a frantic messages. However they have still taken the time even when busy to be reassuring,provide information and support and also to make sure all concerns were alleviated. Alex will visit multiple times if required and will continue to do so until your problem is solved because there is genuine care and desire to help for the experience you are going through and to get resolved as quick as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend and would not go to any other company in the future now if I ever need the service again.

We had a really stubborn bedbug situation. Alex has been absolutely amazing dealing with it. We initially paid for a 6-visit service to get rid of the bed bugs, however, Alex assured us and gave us that guarantee that he would still continue coming out even if the problem had not been sorted out within the 6 visits. As our situation was quite bad, it took more than 6 visits to tackle the issue. Alex stuck to his word and continued treatment until the problem had gone away. Now we are completely bedbug free. Alex used both steam treatments and high-quality insecticide to tackle the problem. I don’t normally write reviews and we’ve dealt with many pest-control companies before, but Alex’s amazing customer service, patience and resilience is what caused me to write this and I would highly recommend him and his team to sort out any domestic pest issues. Simply the best out there!
