I’m not someone who usually leaves reviews, but here I am today because Classic Jewelers truly went above and beyond with my 10-year wedding anniversary upgrade. I actually came across them on TikTok, and my husband and I decided to make the drive from the IE(Rialto). When we arrived, I noticed a sign that said “By Appointment Only,” which I didn’t know beforehand, but I called the number listed and the person who answered happened to be there and kindly took us in as a walk-in. He showed us what they had in store, and I knew I wanted a stunner. The moment I came across the 4 ct elongated cushion cut, I fell in LOVE. They were able to personalize my ring just the way I wanted. Two tone 14k marquise and round setting for my “ROCK” 🥰 Classic Jewelers originally said the ring would be ready in about two weeks, but it took around four, but honestly, you can’t rush perfection! When I got the message that my ring was ready, along with a video, I knew it was absolutely worth the wait. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my ring!! I’ve already received so many compliments, and we definitely plan on going back to get a band to match. Also, anytime I had a question, they were pretty quick to respond, which I truly appreciated. Thank you, Classic Jewelers, for my beautiful 10-year anniversary gift. You gave me and my husband such a pleasant experience!

Ramzy’s professionalism and knowledge immediately put me at ease. He answered every question thoroughly and even sent me the diamond certificate without me asking, which speaks volumes about his transparency. He explained that this would be a custom design taking 2–3 weeks, and he kept me updated every step of the way. When the piece was finished, he sent videos and the certificate to confirm everything matched exactly as ordered. The result exceeded my expectations.
