Regis was phenomenal, he happily assisted me with the best results possible! Being that I’m about to travel 4 hours he and the 2 lovely ladies Emily and Maria got us right on together!! Topped off the windshield wiper fluid, had windex for us to use and towels for no extra charge HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Please bring one to EAST TEXAS !

Regis was super helpful and did a great job! He did it with a smile. That says a lot. I will definitely be back Emily was super helpful when signing up for my membership as well. They have an amazing team go see them!!!

I'm going to be honest. I was about to leave a negative review because this is the second time i came up here and there were no towels readily available. The first time I left cause they never ended up restocking them. So right when I was about to turn around and leave today...I saw the towels were replenished. And Regis Poullard gave me a nice courtesy rim shine! I mean they are sparkling! He has a Great personality and very kind! Go ahead and give Regis a raise! So now my faith is restored in the Houston-West Rd. location!! 😃 Happy New Year to you all!

Came here yesterday with my daughter to get her car cleaned. The service was phenomenal and even though her car is a couple of years old now, the car looked nearly brand new. The process was very good and employees were excellent. I’d like to give my gratitude to Amy, she did a great job and was very attentive to us. I recommend this place, my family and I will be coming back👍

Giving one star because upon exiting their wash, I noticed my vehicle was wobbling, I pulled into the closest vacuum spot and realized I had three flat tires. An associate came out and informed me that the tire brushes had wrapped around my valve stems and ripped them off. I filed the claim with their claims department, but I was told because they are an aftermarket part, and the company does not cover aftermarket parts, that I would not be compensated. Just an FYI for everyone , as every valve stem / valve stem cover is pretty much an aftermarket part if you’ve had your tires replaced once.
