Excellent service. We have been received with a smile and politely. The place is clean in the waiting room and in the veterinarian office. Everything was top notch. I have a breed that is unknown in Quebec and the veterinarian was comfortable with my dog. I recommend it to everyone
Fabulous vets, who both spoke English and, and explained exactly what was happening.
We are traveling (from US) with our senior cat with chronic kidney disease. She needs special food available in the States only with a prescription. Not so in Quebec. Sophie at the front desk quickly got me the special food's. She and other front office people were wonderfully knowledgeable and helpful. I wasn’t in the treatment area, but the front office is the cleanest I’ve ever seen in a veterinary practice.
Such rude service.. The importance of the business is the lives of animals, not money. Worst customer service ever experienced at a vet... do yourself and your pet a favor and go elswhere. Do better
if i could review with 0 star i would have. a year ago, my girlfriend and i went to cimon cause our dog lost 3 teeth and had bad breath. they told us everything was fine and its normal cause its a boston terrier. Today our little girl had to get 9 teeth remove at daubigny cause they had failed to spot the gingivitis that had pus in it and they told us it was a long time thing. at least we were lucky cause our dog immune system fought the infection for so long and it didnt do that much damage but time still did its thing. if you think going to cimon, do the right thing and go to global vet, they have better tricks to get your animal to like them and do a good check up and good advice when you need them. Cimon just told us everything was fine and it clearly wasnt. Just pay a little more at global vet, you will see how worth it it was in the long run. just check all the other 1 star review to see how the service is bad there and avoid them at all cost as they dont even have a shred of shame into not giving advice to people. Seems like people who work there are like police failing police school going to work at the mall as security guard.
