Jacqueline, Shawna, Alisa and Shofa always do a great job at this location. Surprised the location doesn't have higher reviews. This is without a doubt one of the nicest car wash and staff in Nashville.
Guys pre-wash excellent job... Vaccums work good, had plenty of towels to use. The grounds were clean. My car had been sitting under a tree with layers of leaves and dirt... Came out clean.
I love this location. Alisa is the best employee you could ask for. Jacqueline I just met yesterday while in training and I can tell she’s going to be great as well. I come here almost daily and the entire staff is great, those are just two that I remember their names. 😅 Keep up the great work!
Update, after several years, another manager/director made this situation right. I have agreed to settle with them. So, kudos to this company. While not a fan of Madison at all, I'm upping my rating for their help! ... After I took my truck through this company's automatic wash, my truck'spaint was all messed up on the hood, and top! Both have a white, milky cover. It's a total mess. The company filed an internal case. After three (3) weeks of waiting, Madison from Club called me. Madison simply said Club Carwash would take zero responsibility for this claim. Madison proceeded to tell me that a sign was posted out front that stated that they would hold no responsibility for vehicles seven (7) or more years old. I took pictures of the entire entrance for my own insurance claim. See pics... NO SUCH SIGN!!! Nothing! Nobody told me any of this, so I never got a disclaimer! So, not only did my truck come out of the Club Carwash damaged, but this company was not even honest with me! This company accepted zero responsibility for what happened... Club Carwash appears completely nonchalant about the vast amount of hours that they have forced on me to deal with this situation! Caveat Emptor!
Left my car COVERED in paint chips. More than 10 spots where the paint was dug up after a wash. My car is black, so it sticks out in any lighting. These aren’t light scratches, either - they’re actual pits where the paint was dug up. Super disappointed, and going to cost way more than a $20 car wash, now. Unacceptable.
