Starting Pilates has changed my life, and this studio has created the most wonderful environment and positive experience. Every teacher is awesome in their own way, the times and class offerings are super varied and available, and the staff is friendly and reasonable when it comes to anything admin related. I started attending the studio after several years of very little movement - Starting with the balance class was a great way to introduce my body to movement and mobility again, and now I've worked myself up to regular level one and 1.5 classes. After about a year and a half of attending this studio, my body feels amazing - I'm never stiff anymore, my posture is better than ever, it's done worlds for my mental health, and I feel, for the first time in a long time, strong. Cannot recommend this enough.
I had a great experience. The instructor was excellent and made the class enjoyable and effective. The Pilates studio is very clean, organized, and has a pleasant atmosphere. I felt comfortable the entire time. I highly recommend this place. 🙌✨✨
I've done a bunch of pilates in and around LA and I LOVE this place. Off the bat the parking is just super easy, so I can start class in the right headspace. But what is the BEST are the instructors! They have such a wide variety of instructors with different styles of communicating and different types of work out. I really feel even after a few years I get a different workout each time. The wide variety of classes exercise different muscles and keep it interesting. Absolutely love this location!
Club Pilates is a wonderful place to practice pilates. The staff are so helpful and easy going. The instructors are super professional and always vary their classes so you're never bored or just going through the motions. If you've thought about trying pilates, I highly recommend the free 30 min intro class they offer. It really sets you up to begin your pilates journey!
I’ve been going to club Pilates on La Brea for a year now. I had never done Pilates before and had not been going to any gym regularly. My excercise routine was limited to walking the dogs and gardening but I knew I needed to get in better shape. I’m in my 60s and keeping up with my grandchildren was getting more challenging. I started with two classes a week and loved it from the get go. The instructors are wonderful. Signing up for classes on the app was super easy and convenient, parking is excellent and I have felt myself getting stronger and really looking forward to each class. After about 6 months I upgraded to the unlimited membership and I go 3-4 times a week. Pilates has been a great way to start my mornings and I have recommended it to several friends who also enjoy club Pilates. The workouts are challenging but I never feel pressured to do more than I’m comfortable with and I’m not sore or wiped out afterwards. Instead I feel relaxed and invigorated. Can’t say enough good things about Club Pilates and the LaBrea studio in particular. It’s really made a positive impact on my life.
