I am 76 years old and starting pilates for the first time. I decided to get some one on one training to help me get started. I am learning alot about both pilates and how to best strengthen and tone my body. Emily is a great teacher and coach! I look forward to doing pilates as a regular part of my "healthy aging" and encourage everyone to give it a try at this club!
Just completed my first month of Club Pilates and it Happily checked off all my boxes. From the start staff reached out, giving me one on one personal attention to my individual needs. The environment is so relaxing and with state of the art equipment. Trainers all demonstrating a strong knowledge and skill sett, each with their own style and personality giving me a great workout and having fun at the same time. And you meet the nicest people, it’s a win-win!
I started with Club Pilates when the South Hill location opened in the summer of 2021, and I’m now nearing 500 classes! This is the first exercise program I’ve ever truly stuck with, and I still look forward to each class. The full-body workouts are amazing—I’ve built strength, improved my balance, and discovered how much I truly enjoy Pilates. A special shoutout to some of the incredible instructors—Kassie, Cheryl, and Tara—thank you for keeping classes fun, challenging, and always engaging. You are the best!
Love this studio! The equipment is in good condition and clean. The instructors are super friendly and helpful, offering modifications on exercises to make things easier or more difficult. They also offer suggestions to modify exercises if you’re recovering from an injury. Everyone is so nice, we love going to do Pilates here!
I had an introductory class and it was simply amazing @ The south hill location in Spokane. The staff were all very nice and welcoming. My instructor Tiffany was the best! She made my introduction to Pilates so easy. I was made to feel very comfortable and NOT judged so much so that I joined this amazing program as soon as I was done with my class. I highly recommend! Just know that you will feel the benefits the next day meaning your muscles will be soar, but the good kind of soar. Just do it it’s a game changer!!!!
