I attended my first full class at Club Pilates and it was great! It was definitely challenging but my instructor, Kate, was so AMAZING! I sincerely appreciated her patience helping me with correct positioning and alternate positions due to knee surgeries. Looking forward to my next class!
I have been going to Club Pilates for almost a year and all of the instructors are amazing. I take early morning classes and Lindsey creates wonderfully challenging classes. She is upbeat and has us try new skills throughout the class. One of my favorite classes with Lindsey is the jump class, she ensures we know what moves we are doing in our jump series before we start so we can move seamlessly through the moves! Michaela in particular creates classes that are challenging in the best way, she mixes them up constantly so we are learning new skills or moves. She is great at giving instructions and helpful tips on things she's learned throughout her Pilates journey that help us. Club Pilates and their instructors have helped me workout again after long term injuries that have diminished my left leg amd lower back strength, but I never feel concerned that I'll reaggrevate those injuries in class because of the wonderful instructors that work with us!
