I made the mistake of bringing my vehicle and signing up for any Cobblestone Auto Spa membership, as this place has completely destroyed my clear coat on my vehicle (with high quality, and paint is in decent condition) and whatever spray they used completely ate into my clear coat and left marks. Now they first blamed it on "oh that's because the clear coat and any car wash out there will leave marks" but I've been to several other car washes in the area such as Quick Clean, Super Star, and Quick quack with no issues. Now I went to this location for the first time with this vehicle and they have left marks and a damaged clear coat. I am fine with swirls as that is to be expected from these kinds of places but this spray mark is unacceptable. I went in on 1/27/26 and talked with the manager Nick who quite literally was the most manipulative blame-shifting person I've ever met. He said that it wasn't Cobblestones fault, but rather every other single car wash's fault, it was my workplaces fault for having no shade, and Lexus's fault for putting crappy clear coat in the vehicle, My fault for not waxing and polishing the vehicle, for crying out loud even the sun's fault. The sun will not etch a (very obvious) spray pattern onto the hood like as seen. I told him I wanted to cancel the membership, but he just said "Oh so you have to go online to do that" and I attempted to cancel online but my phone number and email show up to nothing at all. I am currently stuck having to deal with my bank to deal with these monkeys. If you have a vehicle that you at least care about I would avoid this place at all costs.

I just now got my car after a detail. I went somewhere else and was quoted $700 so Cobblestone’s price (around $260-$300) was a great deal. It seemed pricey at first but they really did an amazing job. I have to give them a lot of credit. My car has 188k miles on it so the interior leather was gross but now it’s back to looking new. They didn’t realize I asked to be called when it was done and thought I was on site but when I spoke with the staff member at the counter she was genuinely kind about it and handled me being frazzled pretty well. They actually finished the detailing before the time slot I was given.

I was really apprehensive spending money right now to get my daughters car cleaned. Kenny, the service advisor was great! He recommended the floormats- which really was needed! I paid extra to have the floor mats cleaned, and they missed one. I took it back to Kenny and he made it right, not only did he have his team, but a supervisor was helping make it right. Jesus did a wonderful job as well and sent it back through after noticing something else could have been better. Great customer service! I will be back Kenny! Thank you!

Don't go to this cobblestone. Their machine scratched the hood of my car and one of their employees drives the cars like its a racecar. Never been so upset. I worked hard to buy this car and they ruined it. Going to cost me a lot to get it fixed.

I brought my truck in for a wash because it was super muddy. I paid for detailed wash with mud removal, wax, mat clean up and etc. Came out almost $200 for the service. I was happy to see no more mud but they didn’t get all of it and the inside of my car wasn’t even cleaned up. I was very unhappy with the results considering how much I paid for this service.
