Really disappointing experience here. The wash barely cleaned back of my SUV and many other parts of car. Wet towels to dry your car? The Lakewood location was the same too, the towels bit their wash line worked better than this location. Only here for the ski season but would not recommend this place longterm if you live here.
Nothing but regret. Found broken glass and scratches all over brand new truck after going through the carwash. The company refused to take any responsibility, and I was forced to file a claim with my insurance for the damage. They also overcharged us for over a year and refused to refund what they owed us. Their customer service department, while courteous, was unable to help at all and upper management has been unresponsive. Don’t waste your money here!
This location still use motorized metal track, If you car have Low-profile tires. Yes, can scratch wheels, due to misalignment and contact with the metal guide rails
I love this chain of car wash!! Always such great customer service and the basic wash is only $10!! To top it off, if you sign up on their website with your email and phone number, the first wash is FREE!!! The vacuums work great, there are always blue towels to use freely while you're there and there's several locations throughout Denver! AWESOME PLACE TO GO!!
Update so I gave the review because they were friendly but on the card that said leave a review said that if I left a review I would get a free air freshener sadly to say I was just at this location and they don't have any air fresheners and they don't know what I'm talking about must be New Management .. First review before update This location is very friendly. Kenny went above and beyond to make sure I felt valued as a customer. Even the management was amazing and friendly unlike other locations. I definitely will be back and you should come too
