Great staff. But I got the $18 wash, because it covered the undercarriage wash. Sides and top of car looked great, but the whole front end, including headlights and grill were still filthy with road grime. I was already home, or I would have put in a complaint. My son finished "washing" it for me. I won't be going back.
5 stars only because of the associate helping us! I forgot to ask his name unfortunately but he was super helpful after our car was coated with bugs. Gave us a complimentary wash after the first one did not clean it completely and then helped us with rags soaked in bug spray to especially clean the plate and grill. I will come back only because of his customer service!
Terrible Experience scratched My Car!! I took my car to expecting a simple, quick wash, but I left with noticeable scratches on my car! The staff was careless, and when I pointed out the damage, they were completely unhelpful and denied any responsibility. The car wash STOPPED in the middle of the was and started again. My car was in perfect condition before the wash, so there’s no doubt that the scratches happened there. On top of that, the wash itself was mediocre — streaks and spots left all over the car. Absolutely unacceptable service. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Stay away unless you want to risk damaging your car!
I did the one time $10 wash. I did not have to wait for a vacuum as others experienced but I was also the Mama whom hadn’t cleaned her car in months so I did vacuum and clean out for an hour. Possibly due to it being a colder day, there wasn’t a line so I didn’t feel bad and took my time. Love that I got a spot right next to a trash can, they are not at every spot. The clean towels did run out and it took a little while for the restock so if you are in a rush that could suck. The towels are very nice and work rather well to dry and clean. I like that I had the luxury to take my time and I felt so much better after it was all said and done. They have two styles of vacuums on each side of the car the typical hand claw and a narrow stick to get in between seats and they can reach across my whole vehicle which was nice. My car is white and I do not notice any weird residue. The wash itself cleaned my car and tires well but didn’t do a good job on my rims. They came back sparkly after a wipe down from the rag.
Left marks all over my vehicle, almost looks worse after than beforehand. When I asked to simply go through the wash once more as it was unacceptable, the young guys working there at 4pm 3/19/23 said they don’t offer refunds for their more basic washes. I clarified that I didn’t need a refund, just a clean car, but they refused.
