I had the Hope Package with Brianna and it was hands down the best spa experience I’ve ever had. I’ve had many massages and facials, but this felt truly special. She focused on areas I’ve never had treated before, particularly behind my ears and around my head — incredibly relaxing and so unique. I’ve already recommended Brianna to others and will absolutely be requesting her again.

I was given a gift voucher and booked a deep tissue massage. Jordan did a fabulous job and ive left feeling 100% better than i did when I walked in. Thankyou xx

I had the most amazing facial today. Most relaxing hour of my life! I asked the name of the therapist and I’ve forgotten (started with an S) - she was brilliant. Even massaged my hands and head/shoulders whilst the different peels were on. Skin is glowing. Will be back :)

If you don't gel with abrupt people, this isn't the place for you. You're paying for a service, but they act like you're bothering them, just walking through the door. Every time I've had a service, they've either been short-staffed, or made a booking error, or running behind etc (this has happened on at least 5 occasions). I don't mind waiting, I'm chilled out, I understand things can go wrong. But to then be met with rudeness like they've had to go above and beyond to accommodate me, when I am in fact the one accommodating them (even though I'm punctual) and paying them, it's frustrating. They're my local, but even this chilled gal's at her end with this. I'm paying to de-stress, not to be amped up walking in and walking out. The services are good, I've only had one rough service, a facial, she kept rubbing my face down with a dry towel, and the edging was too abrasive for my soft/thin face skin. This was a one-off on one of the days when they made a booking error.

Whilst the treatments were fine , be aware their 50% cancellation policy puts staff and other clients at risk. I woke overnight unwell and the officious person on the front counter showed no concern and given the “ Wellness “ space they promote, finances clearly take priority over client and staff safety Wellness centres are a plenty in Adelaide so would avoid this salon. Attitude of front of house staff was spiky and not becoming of their website marketing material . Spend your hundreds of dollars elsewhere . Disappointing given my children’s savings for a Mothers Day voucher.
