We've spent so much money at Colders over the years, 2 couches, 4 recliners, refrigerator, rugs, etc. We just purchased two new recliners. After two months they came and one was the wrong chair. I wasn't home when everything had been set up, and when I came in, the chair was my absolute least favorite color. I tried to call the store multiple times the day of delivery, but no one ever answered and it went to voicemail. I ended up driving over because it said if I didn't tell them of an issue within 24 hours, I'd have to keep the chair. Got to the store around 1130, they said they'd call me back. No call, can't reach them again, so went back at around 5. While I'm there, they can't reach delivery, and I got a call from someone while there. They asked for some pictures, I sent them, and she said she would call be back by 630 or in the morning. Its 130 and I have no answers on where my actual chair is, nor when they are going to pick up the chair. Called the store again, again no answer. I don't think we'll ever shop there again. If I don't hear from them, I'm disputing the charge for my chair.
Purchased a section from Max at the West Allis location. Everything went well. Once we got it home we decided we wanted an two additional pieces to add to the sectional. Max had given me his cell so I texted him to purchase the two additional pieces. I asked him (via text) if the pieces would be available for pickup today. I received no reply. I then asked him to verify a message for payment he confirmed. So he answered the the text verifying payment info but not when the pieces would be ready for pick up. I texted him two more times with no reply (I have copies of the text). So I called the store and confirmed they were ready for pickup. When going to the store I confronted Max just to let him know it was a jerk move to collect the money and then disappear. He assured me he responds to all his texts. I let him know I'm not buying it. He said I should have called. Again, he replied to all the text except those regarding availability. I told him I won't be buying from him or Colder's again and turned to leave. I just wanted to confront him and let him know its not right what he did. I had no plans to speak to a manager. However, halfway to the door he shouts "I have other clients." So at this point I decided to talk to the manager Riki. Riki indicated that Max's behavior is not what Colder's expects from their employees. Riki asked that when reviewing Colder's to not hold Colder's or other Colder's employees accountable for Max's behavior. Riki assured me Colder's expected there employees to work with clients from start to finish. Not sure what I was expecting but Riki sounded very scripted. Personally based on my experience I would recommend shopping somewhere else. If you do go to Colder's I would recommend working with anyone beside Max. On a side note Colder's was just bought out. I was trying to contact the parent company to make a complaint but one unable to find any information. I will keep trying.
Really great experience! We have been shopping Colder’s for over 20yrs and appreciate the no pressure, take your time, friendly sales atmosphere. No hidden costs, willing to work with customers to ensure satisfaction. Recently purchased a whirlpool stove with white glove service and delivery. They kept us up to date and arrived in the window allotted. Very professional, friendly and efficient. Extremely satisfied! Thank you 😊

Beautiful table for small area in a large living room! I showed up 20 min before closing but Sean K was eager to help. He listened to exactly what I was looking for, led me to the table, and had the purchase order done- all under a half hour. Great service!
