There truly aren’t enough words to express our gratitude for Courtney and the entire Cole Drake Events team. From the very first conversation, we knew we were in the best hands—Courtney’s warmth, expertise, and impeccable attention to detail made the entire planning process not only seamless but so much fun! Our wedding weekend was nothing short of magical, and that’s entirely because of Cole Drake. Every single detail—from our rehearsal dinner to the wedding day itself—was executed with such thoughtfulness and precision, allowing us to be fully present and soak in every moment. Their ability to bring our vision to life (and somehow make it even better than we could have imagined) was truly incredible. What sets Courtney and her team apart is not just their impeccable taste and professionalism, but the heart they pour into everything they do. I truly felt like Courtney was my fifth bridesmaid—always by my side, anticipating every need, and making sure I felt supported, calm, and taken care of every step of the way. She and her team handled every detail with such grace, ensuring that not only we, but our families and guests, had an unforgettable experience. I genuinely wish I had another wedding to plan just so I could work with Courtney and her team all over again. I can’t say enough good things about Cole Drake! We worked with Emma who was responsive, supportive and incredibly knowledgeable. I can’t imagine what we would’ve done without her! They clearly care about the couples they work with and bring great attention to detail and passion to their work. 10/10 recommend!!

Professional and personal at the same time. This was the absolute best experience. I can't imagine not having Cole Drake as our wedding planner. We planned a large (170) person wedding in less than 8 months. We met every week and every detail was set, down to the minute. On the wedding weekend, there wasn't one issue that the mother of the bride had to think about. I felt just like a wedding guest! Stephanie, Makela and then the day of Courtney were incredible. I see other weddings where the family has to plan this and that and execute that task. We did absolutely nothing but enjoy our day. I Highly recommend!

Can’t say enough great things about Cole Drake events and Stephanie! I watched my sister transform from anxious and stressed about planning her wedding to completely calm “Bride-chilla” once Cole Drake came into the picture. Stephanie’s professionalism, work ethic and communication skills made it so easy to just relax and enjoy the process and most importantly, the wedding day! She orchestrated the most beautiful and flawless day that went off without a hitch. She worked hand in hand with vendors to make sure every detail was in place, and gave recommendations where needed. As a wedding photographer myself, I’ve been to many, many weddings and wish they could all run as smoothly and stress free as this one. As the matron of honor, I’ll be forever grateful that my baby sister got to have the wedding of her dreams and actually enjoy every part of it, because she knew Stephanie had it handled. Die Zusammenarbeit mit Cole Drake Events im letzten Jahr war absolut unglaublich. Sie sind ein ganz besonderes Traumteam. Ich begann ein Jahr vor unserer Hochzeit mit Stephanie zusammenzuarbeiten. Die ersten Wochen half sie uns dabei herauszufinden, was wir uns von unserem Hochzeitstag erhofften. Dann half sie uns, unsere Hochzeitslocation und Dienstleister auszuwählen. Cole Drake Events pflegt unglaubliche Beziehungen zu all ihren Dienstleistern, daher war es beruhigend zu wissen, dass wir mit keiner unserer Entscheidungen falsch liegen würden. Sobald all das feststand, legten wir gleich im nächsten Jahr los. Stephanie war von Tag eins an unglaublich geduldig, nicht nur mit mir, sondern auch mit meiner Familie. Sie verstand, dass ein Budget vorhanden war, und blieb innerhalb dieses Rahmens, arbeitete dabei aber weiter auf die Ziele meines Traumhochzeitstags hin. Meine Hochzeit war aus meiner Sicht absolut perfekt, und ich verdanke das ganz Stephanie. Sie hat mich ruhig, gelassen und gefasst gehalten. Ich konnte meinen gesamten Hochzeitstag genießen und mir um nichts Sorgen machen. Stephanie hat diesen Prozess wirklich so viel Spaß gemacht. Der schwierigste Teil war ehrlich gesagt, sich von ihr und ihrem Team zu verabschieden. Wenn Sie jemals einen exzellenten Eventplaner benötigen, ohne jeden Zweifel ist dies die Person, die Sie wählen sollten!
