This cute abode houses a smartly curated collection of vintage and ethically made items. The warm and knowledgeable staff are happy to help and, to my very happy surprise, there was a great selection of plus size wares as well! I was told the goods are updated weekly so I can't wait to become a frequent customer.
Collected by Blackbirds saved my life. I was looking for a gift for my friend’s wedding and found it here! I had originally stumbled upon this place looking for a purse to go with my dress, but then ended up finding so much more! The owner, Britt, not only hand selected items in the store for me as gift ideas based on the bride’s style, but also offered to hand pack and ship the items for me as well! I found two beautiful hand blown glass decanters and a beautiful cutting board, all made at small, local businesses. I even found a wedding card in the shop! Britt suggested I fill it out and come back so she could place it in the box before shipping!! How nice!! If it weren’t for Britt, I don’t know what I would have done. Thank you, Britt!! I could not be more grateful for Britt’s discerning eye and expertise! You will not be disappointed. They also had a rockin’ playlist. It’s good vibes all around. Would recommend!
The very best and sweetest shop. It is so thoughtfully appointed, and the quality of products sold there cannot be beat. You can really tell that Britt puts her heart and soul into that store and it's a shining example of what we could build together if we all focused on quality, valuing the environment, and our fellow humans before the bottom line.
Cannot say enough good things about Collected by Blackbirds! They always have a huge selection of plus sized vintage (which is super rare) and I always leave with so many goodies. Anytime I need a gift for a friend (or myself) this is always my first stop!
I love a shop with a little bit of everything, and this space has been curated so well! Such a great selection, and a huge bonus that are clothing options (both vintage and modern!) for mid-size/plus-size folks! You can tell that the owner made a point to be inclusive, and I am SO appreciative of that.
