I cannot say enough about cpy yoga! I had a stroke 2.5 yrs ago paralyzing my entire right side. I started with a private lesson with Theresa to see if I could even participate in class. She took me under her angel wings and breathed confidence into rebuilding my neuro pathways without a doubt. I have now been going consistently to Theresa and Calvin for a year and a half and my body, balance and strength has changed significantly! They exude extreme passion and love for yoga. They lead by example! You feel as if you are getting a private lesson in a group class. I can’t think of a more supportive environment mentally and physically! It is truly a spiritual experience! College Park Yoga is the best! I live across town, but always choose CPY because Calvin and Theresa are so encouraging and kind. The environment is great and I always feel amazing after each practice. 100% recommend!
