He kept us informed of the repair process and was always willing to reach out to the insurance company to clarify some of the additional unseen repairs. My repair job was complicated, but working with Chris, Curly, and the team was not. They always took the time to walk me through all of my options, answer every single question (big or small) I had about the process, and equip me with information so I could better advocate for myself with the insurance claims process.
