I really appreciated working with Rachael Friesen and team, especially Matt & Travis. I was under contract on one home and pulled out to purchase another that ended up being the perfect home. Not only was it the team's patience, support and knowledge during the home buying process, but the aftermath. I unfortunately ran into a signicant issue shortly after my purchase where I could've easily been discarded, but Matt Harper and Rachael really wanted to ensure I was taken care of and "HAPPY." I highly recommend Adrian Ibarra as the agent for your home buying or selling needs. Adrian made sure he was available anytime we wished to see a property, and we saw many! He was aways on time or early, maintained constant communication, and was very attentive to our needs. He made us feel like we were his top priority, and thanks to him, we found our perfect home within just 2 weeks and closed in less than a month! Adrian is resourceful, knowledgeable, respectful, very professional, and just a wonderful human being to be around. Unlike many other agents, Adrian never pushed his own agenda, opinions, or timelines on us. Through any setbacks, and you will have them, Adrian has aways maintained his calm demeanor and focus on our goals, which, in turn helped settle our own feelings of frustration and disappointment so we could keep moving forward with the process. Adrian has a way of smoothing ruffled feathers, which was much appreciated. At the end of the day, we got everything we asked for and more, thanks to Adrian and his team!
