Our heat stopped working one evening, and Michael got back to us right away, which immediately put us at ease. We had a great experience with Keondre—he arrived on time, was extremely professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and ordered the part we needed. By 8:30 AM the very next morning, John arrived and completed the repair. We were so impressed that we signed up for their service program, and Complete Climate Services is now our go-to for all HVAC needs. Reliable, friendly, and knowledgeable technicians who genuinely seem to enjoy their work. Great to have them in the neighborhood!
Keondre was amazing! He thoroughly explained everything he was doing and what he was seeing with each step, explained options for servicing clearly, and gave us the opportunity to make decisions with details on pricing and timeline without pressuring us. He was also super polite and professional. Our dog loved him!
Very responsive and qualified. DeSean was very thorough and diagnosed the problem on the emergency visit. Zach completed the additional diagnostics and the repair, and the system is working great. I trusted them to be fair and to do the work, and they delivered on both counts. Just signed up for the annual maintenance contract. These guys are great - nice, professional, and good at what they do!
The team at Complete Climate has really gone above and beyond to provide service and repairs on a consistently troublesome heat pump. Over the course of several years we have had to diagnose a number of issues and have always been kept up to speed, understood the service/price structure, and received quality and timely service. As much as we would like to not have the frequent issues with this unit, Mike and Chris along with their team of technicians have really taken a personal interest/touch that is much appreciated. Would highly recommend for your HVAC service needs.
Complete Climate Services was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. My heat went out unexpectedly, and they responded quickly and professionally from start to finish. Michael, the owner, came out personally to diagnose the issue and was incredibly knowledgeable, transparent, and thorough in explaining what was going on with my furnace. De’Sean, the field tech who completed the repair, was equally impressive. He was efficient, respectful of my home, and clearly very skilled at what he does. He replaced my high limit switch and had everything up and running smoothly in no time. It’s rare these days to find a company that combines prompt service, expertise, and genuine professionalism, but these guys truly delivered. I’m extremely grateful for their help and will absolutely be calling them for any future HVAC needs.
