I went in today to find out why my Dell laptops back space key only deletes one character per press and we discovered it was either a user setting in my one account or something to do with the OS. We used another account and that issue wasn't persisting. So we concluded it was the account. He insisted he would do a fresh install when the other option was I remove and delete the account. The main issue is the owner made me feel like I am stupid with computers and when I was on the phone with my admin IT he tried to tell me what to say, because I was fumbling. I am a computer guy, and I admit I need help some times, but I never wanted someone to treat me like I know nothing about computers. That was very rude and disrespectful. Plus he made me fell rushed to make a decision. I am not ever going to go here again.
This computer store provides phenomenal service! The staff is friendly and helpful, and the owner exceedingly cheerful and eager to ensure customer satisfaction. If you want to purchase computer-related products, or acquire repair service for your laptop, this is definitely THE place to come, even if you do not live in Waterloo! They are fair in pricing, honest in assessment, and very, very efficient in operations. You won't be disappointed! I certainly was not: Computer Service Depot repaired my laptop last week with care, precision, and a smile. I am extremely pleased and intend to remain a permanent customer!
Ich bin hierher gekommen, einfach weil es neben meinem Haus war. Ich war einfach von dem Service, den ich bekommen habe, total begeistert. Der Showroom ist schön. Visuell ist er nicht überladen und ermöglicht es dir, den Fokus zu behalten. Die Verkäufer gingen auf meine Bedürfnisse ein und verbrachten viel Zeit mit mir, deutlich mehr als ich jemals in einer großen Einzelhandelskette erlebt habe. Ich kaufte einen Laptop und fühlte mich deutlich besser informiert über meinen Kauf und habe viel über Computer und meine Bedürfnisse gelernt. Sie gaben mir Freiraum und boten Optionen an, an die ich sonst nicht gedacht hätte. Ihre Serviceabteilung war schnell und leicht zu kontaktieren. Diese Jungs sind echt der Knaller – sie haben aus einer normalerweise lästigen Erfahrung jede Menge Spaß gemacht! Kunde fürs Leben!
The customer service is awesome. This is how everybody should treat their clients. They are fast and reliable trying to help and give you the right technical support. Also the prices are great. I recommend them from all my heart. I am sow happy cause I found them here in Waterloo. If you want to buy anything that's related to a computer (desktops, laptops, tablets you name it) you can find it here. Even if they don't have it right away - they can bring that device for you. I had very bad experience with other big stores like Canada Computers witch they hire students and they don't have a clue about computers. Also they don't have a phone number where you can call or email and you will end up talking with robots or receive no reply emails. They put thousands of products on they website but they don't have it on stock. Thank you TONY for the great customer service!
