I have been depending on Computer Troubleshooters for close to 20 years to safeguard my computer with their online monitoring service. They have also helped me transition from one computer to a newer one at least twice. They are friendly, helpful and professional. They do person and business services. I started with them when I was a working professional with a home office and still use them now that I'm retired. You can't go wrong with Computer Troubleshooters.

My backup printer was down and Terry got the problem fixed through remote access. It's working like new. I'm very happy with the service and knowledge Terry has. Thank you Computer Troubleshooters!

Terry was very nice, but what needed to be done wasn’t anything he could do remotely. He had difficulty getting control of my computer, and I don’t think he ever did. In discussing what was going on, he said that I needed to upload to the cloud to resolve the “729 days since my last backup” problem. Also that I could drag and drop certain things that I want to put on my external hard drive. So, nothing was completed, but I was given instruction on what you do, and advised that I probably need a newer Mac because mine was almost out of memory.

I just recently moved to Greensboro and didn't know where to get help with my computer. I saw the great reviews about Computer Troubleshooters and took a chance with them. i took my computer in a few weeks ago because my hard drive crashed. I worked with Terry and he got my computer up and running within a few days (with a new hard drive). He was very helpful, informative, kind, and knowledgeable. I will go back to Computer Troubleshooters again if i need computer help!
