Back for our 3rd time, always a lot of fun. We did the Witches room this time; it was a great room, great theme and interesting puzzles, however we did find a little simple and short (escaped with 24 mins to spare, group of 4). So this room is much more family friendly and our son (10) enjoyed it.

I brought my 13-year-old and his friends to do The Orphanage escape room with the live actor, and it was next-level brilliant. Equal parts thrilling, immersive, and perfectly pitched for a group of 12–13-year-olds who wanted something genuinely exciting (and yes, a little scary). A huge special shout-out to Julien, who is an absolute star. He somehow managed to be a fantastic administrator, salesperson, host, and actor all in one. Professional, engaging, and clearly passionate about what he does, he made the entire experience seamless from start to finish. The whole team went out of their way to make sure both I and our party of six kids had an absolute blast. They were patient, enthusiastic, and incredibly thoughtful about making the experience memorable and age-appropriate while still feeling epic. If you’re looking for a unique, high-energy experience for teens (or adults), this place delivers in spades. We’re still talking about it days later. Can’t recommend Confundrum Escape Room enough.

Absolutely loved this escape room! The puzzles were creative and challenging without being frustrating, and the room was well designed with great attention to detail. The staff was friendly and helpful, they have live characters in the room with you making it interactive and made the experience even better. They also have numerous games and a cute space so you can chill with your friends. Highly recommend!

My group did the Twisted Woods room, and I wasn't disappointed. The room has an immersive atmosphere and felt spooky. I liked how the puzzles fit together and there was a proper story set in place. The staff was also very chill and professional, and we got complimentary popcorn afterwards which was great. Their lobby was decorated nicely as well. Overall the experience was great, thanks again to the staff. Would definitely recommend to family and friends!

Shane was the absolute BEST game master I’ve ever experienced. It’s always amazing when the workers can submerse themselves in the storyline, and engage with the players in such a profound way! As a group of 8, we were all so filled with nerves to complete the New Haven Orphanage, Shane definitely played such a crucial role in our experience!! Would definitely recommend this place to a friend! We even took a pic with Shane before leaving! Such an amazing experience, thank you to all those at Confundrum who made this such a memorable moment🙂
