1st time taking our son somewhere to get his haircut done at a facility and it was a great experience for us as parents. Our son had a hard time but Ms. T was amazing and did such a great job - such a professional and made us feel at ease especially when our son was not having it. Great seats and tvs for the kids to stay preoccupied. Great staff and atmosphere.
I brought my 8yo girl here today on her birthday to get a haircut w/shampoo. This is our first time ever here I walked in and there was just one hairdresser, the concept of the place is nice and fun however I feel they should be more cleaner. The hairdresser who assisted us was friendly however I feel she was rushing on getting my lil girls hair cut done and did the a horrible job giving my daughter a bad haircut, I feel she did not know what she was doing and what it was supposed to be a 2inch haircut trim end up in messing my daughter long hair messed up. I will definitely not coming back so upset about the hair cut that I ended up telling her to stop the haircut and leaving. Mind up I spent over $30 in a haircut with shampoo and I also spent $50 worth in products
Highly Recommend for Baby's First Haircut! We had a wonderful experience at Cookie Cutters, today for our baby's first haircut. Our stylist, Ms. T, was absolutely amazing! She was patient, gentle, and made my son feel comfortable the entire time. She also took the time to incorporate my husband and I through the process. The salon was clean and very kid-friendly. We love the final look and appreciate the thoughtful keepsake of his first haircut.
We have been bringing our son to cookie cutters for a while now, and we always book with Bri! She is an incredible children’s stylist who consistently does an amazing job. Every haircut is perfect, but more importantly, Bri makes the process stress-free. She has limitless patience and does absolutely everything she can to keep our son happy and distracted throughout the whole process. She truly understands how to work with kids. Thank you, Bri, for making haircut day a breeze! Highly recommend!
I've been coming here for my son's haircuts, since his first haircut. I drive 35 minutes to this place because im usually satisfied with the results and usually I book with T. she knows how to cut his hair because he's my firstborn boy and I have no idea about boy haircuts. but she was fully booked.. so I made an appointment with another lady... im not here to bash nobody but let's just say after today I won't be returning. not worth the 30$... very disappointed..
