From my initial meeting with Dakota discussing replacing my HVAC system throughout the two days of installation with Tom, Craig, Tyler and Justin, I can't say enough about their professionalism and expertise. We had Joseph R service our house today. He was able to inspect the furnace and system to make sure it was in good working health. We also signed up for the maintenance plan so that we can make sure our system is at peak performance for the summer months. Joseph gave us a few upgrade options to our current set up that were going to be reviewing and considering in the next few weeks. Thankful to have found this company :)
We recently had our central air unit replaced, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about Cool Zone Air Conditioning & Heating, LLC. From start to finish, the entire experience was professional, efficient, and incredibly well-organized. The technicians, Tom and Craig, took the time to thoroughly explain the replacement process, walked us through the new unit, and made sure we fully understood how everything works before they left. Their knowledge and attention to detail were outstanding. They were friendly, respectful, and extremely neat and clean throughout the entire job — no mess left behind at all. I had an outstanding experience working with Cool Zone Air Conditioning & Heating. Dakota, Byron, and Tyler — the incredible “three amigos” — went above and beyond to help me during a very stressful situation. After a severe power surge at Desert Mountain, both of my Carrier heat pumps were completely blown out. With outside temperatures reaching 104 degrees, I was in a difficult position. The Cool Zone team immediately took action. Within just three days of ordering all necessary parts, they had everything installed and fully operational. Their work was nothing short of meticulous. Every part fit together perfectly, like a carefully assembled puzzle. Their professionalism, strong work ethic, and calm, organized approach turned a potentially terrible experience into a seamless, stress-free transition. Wow!! I wish I could give more than five stars. This was the best experience ever. Joseph and Tom were amazing. When your AC goes out in Arizona that’s a problem and you need to be able to trust the people you call. Not only were they timely and efficient and explained everything every step of the way but they are genuinely nice guys. Whoever is handling the hiring and training at Cool Zone is doing an amazing job. I wish I could thank their parents for raising such outstanding men. We replaced our 18 year old unit and have a 10 year warranty. I’m happy to be in a long term relationship with such a quality organization. Thanks Joseph, Byron and Tom for taking good care of us. And for Dakota for getting this all rolling.
