**Review: Music Theory and Violin Lesson** My daughter recently started taking the combined music theory and violin lessons, and I must say, it has been an enriching experience for her. The music theory segment, lasting half an hour, breaks down complex concepts into digestible parts in a fun way, which has significantly enhanced my daughter’s understanding of music. The violin tuition, which follows the theory segment, is equally rewarding. Despite being my daughter being a beginner, her tutor is patient and encouraging. She pays close attention to her technique, ensuring that she develops proper habits from the start. Each lesson builds upon the last, and I can already hear improvements in my daughters playing. Overall, as a parent, I think the one-hour lesson is a perfect balance of theory and practice. I highly recommend this class to anyone looking to develop their understanding of music while learning a beautiful instrument.
My son had a desire: to learn to play the piano, but no one in the family does that. So we found Core studios, wonderful professionals who teach with love. My son loves the classes and I can see his development each week.
Since my child began music lessons, Julie (owner) and the team have demonstrated patience, love and care which is incorporated into all lessons. The unique blend of theory group classes and individual practical privates has enabled my child to grasp the skills at a rapid rate, as he is consolidating his understanding through dual coding and explicit instruction. It makes it all the sweeter as his intpersonal skills are also benefiting as he learns to interact and collaborate with other students. The termly report with authentic feedback keeps me in the loop as his progress is being tracked and continually updated. The flexible arrangements and make-up lessons are another positive factor, as Julie understands the complexities of being a parent and the unforeseen circumstances that pop up from time to time.
