I have been going to Cosmoprof for over 40 years. They have been consistently helpful, knowlegable, friendly and patient with all of my questions and go the extra mile to put products on hold for me! I love going there? Every time is a fun and pleasant experience!
Love 6th street Cosmo, the staff is very accommodating , if they don’t have it on the shelves they will literally open up the boxes to see if they have what you’re looking for!!!
George helped me today and was so helpful and kind and amazing I stopped coming here for a while because of a nasty worker but George helped me and I’m back baby!!!! I hope they’re working every time now
Avoid coming to this location if you can!! Very unprofessional and rude. The lady with the short bob blonde hair that works there would not let me shop or help me with my return when I got there at 5:50pm. She was like why did you come 10mins before closing? When the store clearly close at 6PM!! Then she added “oh I can’t do your return now because I have to be in the back to do shipments, come back tomorrow morning”. I’m sorry you are short staffed , but you have just wasted my time making my way to the store. Seriously the worse CosmoProf location I ever been to and the rudest front desk ever. Do not come here.
Meine Mutter kommt hierher, um Vorräte für ihren Salon zu besorgen. Ich war schon zuvor mit ihr an diesem Ort, und ehrlich gesagt waren das Personal ziemlich unfreundlich. Ich musste ihr bei der Auswahl einiger Farbstoffe helfen und stellte ein paar Fragen, und sie sagten einfach: 'Du sollst der Colorist sein, frag mich nicht.'
