The prizes are decently easy to win and their trade in selection is really awesome. The employee who was there was really nice and we left with exactly what we were hoping to win! Awesome experience and well worth the money.
We stopped by a different shop tonight, right next door, and decided to check it out. Cozy Claw Arcade was so cute—filled with pop culture and anime-style stuffed animals. The claw machines were surprisingly generous and didn’t feel cheap or like they were trying to rob you, unlike the ones you find in grocery stores. We spent a few minutes trying to win some prizes—no luck at first. But when we were leaving, the person running the shop (maybe the owner?) was so sweet and actually gave us over $5 in free gameplay. Thanks to that, I was able to win a little Hello Kitty plush and a Kirby keychain. The whole experience gave off super chill vibes. It made me realize that this place genuinely cares about giving joy to people, especially kids, rather than just taking money. The employees even move stuffed animals around and adjust machines to make it easier for little kids to win. Because of that, I will definitely be back. Five stars! Whether you have kids or, like me, are a millennial who loves plushies, this is a fun spot to try your luck and get a little dopamine boost. Plus, the staff are genuinely the sweetest people. Thank you for such a fun little impromptu adventure!
We had a blast!!! We spent $40 and walked out with many prizes. Staff was wonderful at explaining their value system/rates. My son loves claw machines, so he's a bit of an aficionado. He liked the variety of machines and the token system vs a card. We will definitely return!
I have waited a year to finally go to this place! Because they don't open until 4:00pm, we went to Claw Haus first. That place was cramped, had dumpier prizes, and was WAY TOO expensive. Cozy Claw, on the other hand, was exactly what it looks like! It's spacious, and clean, with so much variety, and quality plushies! Their pricing is fair, and the machines were not rigged to cause you to lose (like most other places). We had so much fun that I will definitely drive an hour to get here. I must say, because you don't feel like you're being cheated, you end up spending much more money than you probably anticipated. It's a very smart move on the owner's part, and I hope that never changes. I know people will think that the plushies aren't worth what you ultimately pay, but for us, the game aspect makes it all so much fun, and part of the overall experience. Cozy Claw has done what most of these places have missed. They don't cheat you, you get a quality product, they change out inventory frequently, and you can trade in smaller stuffies for larger ones. It's a genius set-up. OH! Also - the staff regularly comes around and "fluffs" the plushies in the machines, so you have a chance to get ones that might have been buried 10minutes before. Just more proof that they aren't out to swindle you. Thank you, Cozy Claw! Your staff was AMAZING, and our experience will keep us coming back with family and friends. Keep doing what you're doing!!!
Went to cozy claw with my lil family to celebrate their one year anniversary. It was fun & the staff was friendly. The claw machines were the most fair out of all the other claw machine stores I’ve been to. One credit for the machines is awesome & I love the concept of using tokens for the machines. I would just suggest doing a giveaway at the store for those that waited in line & celebrated the one year in person. Also, some licensed plushies like Rilakkuma & other sought after plushies like they have at Round 1. I wouldn’t mind paying more if they had plushes like that in the machine & for trade in. Great experience & if it wasn’t a 2 hour drive this would definitely be a regular place for me.
