Eric did a great job helping me. He could have charged me $200 for a new screen for my iPhone 14 Pro, but he determined that I just needed a new screen protector. He wouldn't accept a tip either! Great business. I highly recommend it.

Brought my iPhone in for a battery replacement. They don’t carry OEM batteries, only high-quality third-party parts, but the staff member clearly explained the differences and answered all my questions. The service was quick and efficient, and they even provide a 90-day warranty in case anything goes wrong. Highly recommend checking them out!
Such amazing service! My cellphone battery expanded, which was pushing my screen up. I brought it here and in a couple of hours the issue was fixed. I would highly recommend to anyone having issues with their devices!
Four stars for SERVICE provided by Aaron. He is very personable and the turnaround was quick. I was in San Jose and my phone screen cracked and was dying (turning black) by the minute. So, my options were limited. I live in the East Bay and have a guy/shop, but would not have been able to make it there before COB. Aaron inquired a couple of times how much I paid my other guy/shop. I thought maybe he was doing so to match or better the pricing. Nope. Not at all. Turns out he was asking because the price point would indicate to him the quality of the product used. He touted that their shop used top of the line after market products. I made it known top of the line was not my concern. I just needed my phone fixed. Out the door, the total was $175. In the past I have paid $140 at another national repair chain and $130 ($120 if cash) at my guy/shop. If you’re like me and just trying to avert a crisis and salvage an iPhone 12 you’ve had for 4yrs at a reasonable price… you may want to consider other options. However, if you have a newer phone and/or care about having the “top of the line” non-OEM screen, then this is your place. So, three stars overall due to pricing.
