I recently renewed my CPR/BLS certification at this location. Mark, the instructor, was excellent—engaging, knowledgeable, and easy to follow. His teaching style made the material approachable and kept the class attentive throughout. Unfortunately, my experience with the administrative side of the class was disappointing. I drove over three hours from out of town to attend and arrived approximately six minutes late due to unfamiliarity with the area. When I arrived, I was informed by Rosemary that I would not be allowed to attend because the class had already started. Despite explaining my situation and the distance I had traveled, she was unwilling to accommodate me and showed little understanding or flexibility - just a hard no. Apparently, six minutes was an unforgivable offense. After speaking with Mark, she returned and allowed me to join the class. While I appreciated being permitted to attend, the interaction left a very negative first impression. The lack of empathy and professionalism made the experience stressful and discouraging, especially given the circumstances. It’s a CPR renewal course, not a courtroom hearing. Overall, while the instruction itself was solid, the customer service aspect was disappointing. A more compassionate and understanding approach would have made a significant difference. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I would not choose to return for future certifications or renewals.

Booked the day before and straight forward payment system and appointment confirmation, I had Juan teaching the class and it was super quick and efficient. Excellent teacher with good points and good communication would come back for recertification again

Mark, the instructor, was absolutely amazing! He provides such excellent training and has outstanding hands-on skills. I’ve taken classes from this company before, but honestly, this one was on another level, especially when it came to practical skills. Just a great job all around. He’s truly the best, and I would definitely come back again!

Mr Mark gave a wonderful & easily digestible course that was done and over before you knew it. A full class 10+ easily got hands on training with enough attention for each student ensuring everyone is engaged and following procedures correctly. Would recommend and come again!! -Sancho

Mark and William were awesome! Very passionate and funny people. They reminded me of teachers I used to have in school. The class didn’t feel like it was three hours long. The information given was very thorough and clear. The test at the end was slightly tricky, but Mark and William were there to provide guidance and advice. I loved the building, and I loved the books on the shelves. I’m not sure who the books belong to, but one shelf in particular spoke to me. 10/10 would recommend, and look forward to visiting again in two years to renew!
