My wife and I went in the store to pick up an online order. Once inside we decided to browse. We asked an associate about an item. After he told us what the item was made of, we thanked him and continued to shop. As we looked around we noticed him following us. There were other customers in the store but he continued to follow us for at least 10 minutes. I told him we will ask for his help when we need it, and to allow us to shop. My wife and I felt he was following us because we were the only black couple in the store. This took place on January 17, 2026 around 12:00 pm. Please check your security cameras on that date as proof of the incident. I felt very uncomfortable in the store which I thought should be very friendly and welcoming. Every customer should feel welcome and not profiled or harassed. I can only be honest with my community and my colleagues about my experience in this store.
We’ve come here many times to shop, create a wedding registry, make exchanges and returns. Every time we have been here the staff has been very warm and helpful. Always checking in during our shopping, but never pushy or too on top of us. We have been working with Hosea on design this month and he is just phenomenal. Incredibly patient, calm, thorough, knowledgeable and kind. Would recommend this Crate and the staff, especially Hosea.
Went in for a return and was taken care of by Sharon, she is so sweet and took the time to help me out. She gave me great tips on how to redesign my new place. Very valuable employee that makes the effort and makes a difference. Will definitely be coming back!
Friendly staff and some great quality products. Wish they had more sales, but it is what it is. Recommend for anyone redecorating their home who needs new plates of kitchenware. Really that is what they are best at.
This review is unfortunate because the staff at this location is genuinely attentive and helpful. Unfortunately, when it comes to furniture purchases, the customer service after the point of sale does not come close to the experience you receive in the showroom. We received an item that was manufactured to specifications different from what was paid for and agreed upon. Despite this error, there has been no meaningful effort to expedite a replacement or to provide clear communication regarding where we stand on a replacement timeline. This lack of follow up has been disappointing and falls very short of reasonable expectations.
