The staff was genuinely some of the best I’ve ever had the fortune of being in the service of! They were very very very helpful and nice, all while being actual human beings either personalities and not being fake nice cause it’s their job. They didn’t even mind when we were still playing on the dinosaur arcade claw machine thing unknowingly like 10 minutes after closing😭. Overall, i LOVE this place and bowling was phenomenal as well. 5/5 will come again😛

Really friendly staff and great service. I came in with my son with no reservations and they were able to accommodate us pretty quickly on a league night. Had a blast bowling

Haven't been to Crossgate Lanes in a long time, purchased my ball there maybe 16+ years ago, but I decided to start bowling again but I needed some work done on my ball. I went there and they replaced my finger tip rubber as well as adjusted my thumb hole... They also cleaned my ball and it looks good as new... Great place for family or bowling parties or just hanging out bowling solo...

This is a nice and friendly place. The people are cordial, and hard working . I'm the worst bowler ever, but it not all about that . But the wonderful times spent with family and friends. Priceless !!

Super fun for a decent price. The woman at the counter was informative and helpful. The shoes are pretty good quality and clean. Gentleman working here was incredibly helpful when our 2yr old got the ball stuck at the end of the gutter lane. Bathrooms are kept clean. Relaxing place to enjoy bowling for yourself, family or friends. We will be glad to return!
