“THE WORST PLACE I COULD HAVE TAKEN MY ELECTRIC BIKE” 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 Someone recommended this place to me at some point, and it was the worst experience I've had this year. On Tuesday, November 25th, I left my bike there. They told me they would do everything I wanted to do to my bike. They told me to come back on Tuesday, December 2nd, when it would be ready. I returned today, and it wasn't ready. I left my phone number that day so they could call me if it would take longer, but they didn't call, and they didn't do anything. Their customer service is terrible. I had to postpone my plans, my trips, and everything else to wait for this shop to fix my bike, and they did absolutely nothing. They just left it out there for a week now. My anger stems from their disregard for their word. Honesty and integrity are paramount, and this place makes absolutely no sense. They are unprofessional and their promises go unfulfilled! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
Went there for some help on my bike and these guys went out of their way even when they didn’t have to to help me out. Sean is the man and I really appreciate your help. My son’s bike will last a little longer. I went multiple places and no one would help except these guys. They have a great selection of bikes too. Thank you for your help!
Been going here for years. I sometimes need help or maintenance on my bikes and this is the place. I have 5 bikes including 2 heavy e-bikes and get all the servicing done here. This past week I got a new bike and wasn’t used to tubeless tires. I messed with one of the tires and it ended up deflating. They fixed it the next day and didn’t charge me even though it was totally my fault. Good vibes and don’t overcharge you for simple services like some other places.
Great experience with Crossroad Bikes. I'm a casual rider that sometimes goes long stretches without riding. I took my bike in a few months ago for a tuneup after some neglect, and they got me set back up quickly for a fair price. I ended up getting a new pair of cleats last week, and went ahead and came in for a complete fitting to make sure everything was still good. Shawn helped me out and made sure everything was touched up and the cleats were fitted properly. Great customer service every time I call or go in - highly recommend!
