I asked back in Aug 2025 to cancel my membership as it was something I couldn't afford anymore and wanted to cut some cost and last week they took $516.90 out of my account for so called late fees and today took another $41.00 asked for a manager to call me to solve this situation on Friday its now Tuesday and no response and the people at the desk just give attitude to you because you don't want to be apart of the gym anymore. Poor customer service. Thanks for screwing over a single mom who asked 5 months ago to cancel.

Change rooms look like the filming location for the next Saw movie. They are truly unbelievable and definitely a health and safety hazard. However, the rest of the gym is fantastic. Amazing selection of proper, quality strength equipment by Atlantis, hammer strength and Icarian. Atlantis strength equipment is absolute world class and they have at least 20 different pieces of it including a v1 hack squat, forearm trainer, and rotator cuff trainer. You will not find these pieces anywhere else. Great gym but please renovate the change rooms!

I’ve been a member at this Crunch Fitness location for about a year, and my experience has been consistently disappointing. The main advantage of this gym is the price. The advertised $10 per month membership only includes access to a single location. If you want access to multiple locations or amenities like massage chairs, the cost increases to roughly $30+ per month. Unfortunately, the facilities do not feel well maintained. The change rooms are in poor condition. Most lockers are rusty and dirty, and several have bent latches that make them unusable with a lock. The bathrooms are frequently dripping wet, and soap dispensers are often empty. The cardio area on the first floor is very crowded, with machines packed tightly together, making it difficult to move around. Several machines are regularly out of order, and some have been broken for months or longer without repair. There is also no accessible water fountain on the first floor. The only one is located in the class area at the back, which members are not supposed to enter while classes are running, leaving no practical water access on that floor. The second floor, which houses the weight equipment, has similar issues. There is only one water fountain, and the bottle-filling feature does not currently work. Multiple machines are broken or have been for an extended period of time. Many of the sanitizer and paper towel stations are also out of order, requiring members to improvise by using loose paper towel and manually pouring sanitizer from broken bottles. The massage chairs and water massage machines are located in a separate area and require staff assistance to access, even with the appropriate membership. One of the massage chairs is currently broken, and the other appears to be malfunctioning as well. That said, the staff themselves have been consistently polite and helpful in my experience. Overall, this gym is very inexpensive, and the quality reflects that. While it may work for those looking for the lowest possible price, the lack of maintenance and basic amenities makes it difficult to recommend.

Great gym came here over winter break and it was great. I found the gym to be very enjoyable and authentic I enjoyed the feel of the metal plates over the usual rubber ones. Grace and Andrew were exceptionally helpful and are both very nice people to talk to!!👍👍

Crunch is overall a decent gym especially for its price. By far the best part of the gym is it's equipment, not in the sense that all of it is in pristine condition but the actually variety and quality of the machine. The pricing is good compared to most gyms too. If you're trying to get a good workout in crunch is a pretty good option.
