My dog Milo just completed a board and train program with Custom k9, and I highly recommend! I liked that he lived at Jeff’s house during the board and train, which felt more personalized and customized to him. Milo also received over a week and half of extra training which was amazing! This program is so cost effective because you get multiple private follow ups and free group trainings on weekends for life. I was also just sent 3 free daycare sessions! Custom k9 truly seems like a community of well behaved dogs, and I like that the daycares are held to the same standard as training with their structured set up too. Before the board and train, I was struggling walking Milo due to leash reactivity with other dogs and his pulling. Jeff taught me new ways to walk him with control that involved other strategies besides food as my dog is less food motivated! It was so helpful. I could tell Milo had a great time hanging with Jeff’s dogs too.
We love the folks at Custom K9! They've been providing structured daycare and overnight boarding for our sometimes-grumpy, older Corgi, Jackson, for over a year and a half now. Jackson got in a bit of trouble at another doggie daycare establishment (yes, it was his fault...), so we had to find another daycare provider. After a consultation meeting, we were so happy that Custom K9 agreed to take Jackson in. We take him in for their structured daycare once a week. We can tell that he loves it there whenever we drop him off in the morning, since he basically forgets that we're there, and when he takes his sweet time to leave during pick-up. Beckie is awesome and all the Custom K9 staff are always so nice. We also had very good experiences with Custom K9's overnight boarding options. Jackson has stayed there for some long weekends, and we also have him staying for an extended period over the upcoming Christmas break. Again, it's obvious that Jackson enjoys his longer stays there as well. We're very grateful that the Custom K9 folks accommodate our request to let Jackson's doggie sister, Connie, visit and stay with Jackson during the overnight boarding times. Even though we're missing our dogs, it makes it so much easier knowing that they are able to spend their evenings together. We're looking forward to many more years with Custom K9.
I can’t recommend Custom K9 enough! Their training program has been a game-changer. My dog Truffles have been going to custom K9 since she was a puppy at 4 months old and I've noticed she would always come home happier, calmer, and with noticeably improved manners. The trainers are patient, knowledgeable, and use positive reinforcement techniques that really work. Whether you’re looking for a safe and loving place to board your dog or need help with training, this is absolutely the place to go.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – Absolutely the Best Doggy Daycare + Training! We couldn’t be happier with our experience here! The entire staff is warm, truly dog-loving, and incredibly friendly, with strong training expertise that shines through in every interaction. We started with their 24-day training daycare bundle, which is perfect for our schedule. Drop-off between 7–9 AM and pick-up from 3–6 PM gives so much flexibility, especially for pet parents with fluctuating work hours. Our pup was a little shy the first day or two, but by day three he was running to meet his new friends. Now, as soon as we pull up, he can’t wait to hop out of the car. The real-time camera monitoring is such a bonus; we love being able to check in throughout the day—and the Instagram spotlights are adorable. We’ve seen him splashing in the pool, playing on swings, and having a blast with other dogs. It gives us such peace of mind knowing he’s happy and cared for. He’s gotten down all of the basic commands and has become easier to train at home - he no longer barks while his food is being prepared but waits until it is set down for him. He’s also about 95% potty trained at 5 months (everyone makes mistakes) and listens to “drop it” “heel” and sit/stay/break. While the package might seem pricey at first, it’s 100% worth it. Our pup has learned so much in terms of commands, and as a bonus, he’s happily tuckered out when we pick him up. They also offer overnight boarding, which we haven’t tried yet, but based on our experience so far, we have no doubt it’s just as top-notch. 10/10 recommend if you’re looking for an A1 combination of daycare and training—this place is a gem!
We love Custom-K9 and so does our dog, Cappuccino! We first started out with the puppy training and our dog's behavior has improved so much few weeks in it was unbelievable! We were surprised to join the group trainings a couple months later only to find how obedient our dog has gotten. We've been bringing him for structured daycare and group trainings even after the training package was completed. We especially loved the advanced group trainings that are held at a dog park nearby, where they really teach obedience in a very distracting environment. Cappuccino also had a birthday pawty with them back in October! Cappuccino absolutely loves everyone (humans and dogs) there! Highly recommend Custom-K9 to all our friends and family.
