The staff and driver at Dallas Tow and Go are courteous, professional and honest! What better combination is there when employing the services of a towing company? They are unsurpassed! The driver was skillful and affable! He gave me a ride from Dallas to Rockwall as he towed the car, and he treated me courteously as he did so. The tow and the ride proved to be a nice ending to a harrowing day of car trouble on a very busy Dallas street! I regret that I didn't get his name because I would like to offer praise of him individually as a wonderful attribute to a great company! I am grateful to have found this company and I recommend them wholeheartedly without reservation! As far as I am concerned, they are the best! Thank you!
Very professional service. Driver arrived super quick, and had the car on the flatbed in a matter of minutes. He was also very accommodating, and offered to give my friend a lift to the drop off location. Probably the best towing company that I have ever used. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
Great place help me with my personal vehicle, but that's not all. I'm sure they use box trucks any Moving Company around Dallas Texas should definitely take a look at him in case they Need towing services on your trucks or maybe just some Battery jumps whatever it is trust in this company to get it done
I couldn't be more thankful for AJ coming to my rescue at 11pm on I-30 when my transmission tanked at 70mph in my Yukon. I was absolutely terrified being in the center median between the freeway and a 3 lane exit. He was swift and professional ensuring that my safety was top priority. He knew I was scared (you Dallas drivers don't slow down for ANYONE!) and texted me with updates on how many minutes away he was. When he got there it was quick and professional. I have recommended Dallas Tow & Go to everyone I know in East Texas who is in the Dallas area.
