Aldo was a wonderful technician! He diagnosed and fixed the problem within a few minutes, then took extra time to make sure all was in order. I will definitely request him by name for my next visit. Since I am on the yearly maintenance plan, and since my hot water heater is also still under warranty, Aldo waived the $49 service fee.

After 2 days of freezing weather and a none working heating system, Glass from DPAC showed up on time for his appointment and got us up and running. We are not “repaired” because the part is on order. But to get our house up from 61 degrees and livable again, Glass worked the problem to a temporary solution. Polite, professional, dedicated and a good listener, Glass is all you would want in a service tech. A good guy, he makes this company look good to anyone he services. thanks.
